Stephen acts as a Senior Analyst on the investment team with a primary focus on analysing both new opportunities and existing investments.
Stephen joined Greycoat in 2021 and has three years of experience in real estate private equity and investment banking. Stephen acts as a Senior Analyst on the investment team with a primary focus on analysing both new opportunities and existing investments.
Prior to Greycoat, Stephen spent time as an Investment Banking Analyst at XMS Capital Partners in Chicago, and as a Structured Finance Analyst on the Technology, Media and Communications team at Greensill Capital. Stephen holds a first-class honours degree in Management and Finance from the University of Manchester. In his spare time, Stephen is avid Thai boxer and fan of the NFL.
Notable projects:
- Acted as lead analyst on the acquisitions of Christchurch Court and Stirling Square.
- The set-up of Greycoat’s Strategic Land business including the acquisition of Power’s Farm.
