Kasia Mitchell
Finance Director
Kasia joined Greycoat in 2023 as the Finance Director.
As Finance Director Kasia is responsible for all financial aspects of the business, including statutory reporting, tax compliance, forecasting and treasury. She has over 20 years’ experience, gained through coaching and leading Finance, Admin and HR functions for both UK and international real estate firms.
Notable projects:
- Overseeing financial management of Powers Farm, Chelmsford, a residential site for approximately 6,000 homes.
- Planning and finance management in securing the acquisition of 20 Finsbury Dials.
- Tax and accounting, due diligence and group restructuring for Elizabeth House
- Oversaw approximately GBP2.5bn worth of projects at HB Reavis, including Bloom Clerkenwell.
