JON KENNY - DIRECTOR - STRATEGIC LAND

Jon joined Greycoat in 2020 to lead the strategic land and residential team.

Jon oversees the delivery of the firm’s major schemes. His current work includes the Chelmsford Garden Village, a project of up to 6,000 new homes and on-site infrastructure, and exploring new opportunities with Greycoat’s capital partners.

Prior to Greycoat, Jon established the development business for CEG, where his team provided the housebuilding industry with over 20,000 homes. He also worked with AIG to establish its UK real estate platform. Throughout his career, Jon has delivered serviced land to major UK housebuilders and been involved in significant projects like Kirkstall Forge in Leeds and Leeds Southbank. Jon has worked with all of the UK PLC housebuilders at main board level.

VIKTORIA OAKLEY - DIRECTOR - STRATEGIC LAND

Viktoria joined Greycoat in 2022 and sits within the Strategic and Residential Land team.

She is integral to the delivery of the strategic land projects, leading on the planning, stewardship and community interface. 

Prior to Greycoat, Viktoria spent 15 years in strategic land, working for companies like London Strategic Land and Lands Improvement Holdings to deliver large-scale, complex planning permissions and major infrastructure for mixed-use schemes across the country. 

Viktoria has has held positions as an Independent Member of the London Legacy Development Corporations Planning Committee and a Member of the Cambridge Ahead Growth Group.

DAVID POTTER - TECHNICAL DIRECTOR - STRATEGIC LAND

David joined Greycoat in 2025 as Technical Director within the newly formed Juniper JV

where he is responsible for the project management and commercial delivery of strategic land. Bringing over 25 years of experience in development and housebuilding, David has a strong track record of structuring, managing, and delivering complex, large-scale projects from acquisition to completion.

Previously, David was Technical Director for Strategic Land at Countryside Properties and Project Director for the flagship Beaulieu Garden Village in Chelmsford, overseeing the delivery of major infrastructure for 3,500 homes. David is a Chartered Incorporated Engineer and an Associate Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers.

OLLY BUCK - PLANNING DIRECTOR - STRATEGIC LAND

Olly is Planning Director within the Strategic Land team

where he leads on the delivery and promotion of major development projects that create sustainable new communities and long-term growth. He plays a key role in the Chelmsford Garden Community and Bourn Airfield projects, while also identifying and advancing new strategic opportunities.

Olly brings extensive expertise in land promotion and project delivery with over 20 years’ experience in planning and development across the property and energy sectors with roles spanning local government, consultancy, and project development.  Before joining Greycoat in 2025, he spent nine years at Ptarmigan Land, where he led large-scale residential and mixed-use schemes across the South East, coordinating promotion through each stage of the a projects life cycle and engaging with landowners, local authorities, and community stakeholders to bring forward complex developments from inception to completion.

Olly holds a BA (Hons) Planning Studies; Postgraduate Diploma in Town Planning; MRTPI (Chartered), Sheffield Hallam University.

CHRIS DICKSON - ASSOCIATE DELIVERY DIRECTOR - STRATEGIC LAND

Chris Dickson is Associate Delivery Director within the Strategic Land team

and is responsible for overseeing the implementation and delivery of the schemes with the Strategic Land portfolio.

Chris joined Greycoat in July 2025 and has been appointed to deliver the Bourn Airfield development in Cambridge (total scheme value of £215m), as well as assist in the delivery of the Powers Farm development, which forms part of Chelmsford Garden Community.

Prior to Greycoat, Chris worked for Countryside Properties (now Vistry) within the Strategic Land team, where he managed the delivery of key strategic infrastructure on the Greater Beaulieu development in the form of construction of; 8km of strategic highway, a 161m curved spanned bridge over the A12 trunk road and East Coast Mainline, highway improvement works to National Highways highway network and a new community  healthcare centre.

Chris has over 19 year’s experience of delivering infrastructure from early conceptual designs, through to site implementation and adoption. Chris has a Foundation Degree in Civil Engineering.

ARNAUD MALBOS - SENIOR MANAGING PARTNER - FRANCE

Arnaud is Partner and Head of France

and is responsible for leading Greycoat’s growth and business activities across France and neighbouring geographies. 

Appointed in 2025, Arnaud brings over 25 years of experience in European real estate investment, development and asset management. Prior to Greycoat, he spent 17 years at CDPQ, where he oversaw the firm’s European real estate investment program and 9 years at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield within its office division. 

Arnaud has been involved in some of Europe’s most notable transactions and developments across office, logistics and alternative residential sectors, including Coer Defense, the DUO towers, Cohabs and PLP.

Arnaud completed DEUG-level studies in Economics at Université Paris X and received formal training in Real Estate Management at EFAB.

Chris joined Greycoat in 2019 and leads the asset management of the investments in Greycoat's portfolio.

With over 25 years of experience in real estate, he is responsible for The Lime Street Estate, where he has achieved over 20 new lease transactions and restructured existing leases to facilitate future redevelopment. His work also includes the mobilisation of Premier Place, Procession House, and the Sancroft Building.

Chris previously worked at CIT Group Partners as a Managing Director, overseeing their UK and European portfolios of office, retail, and alternative assets.

Chris is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

EWEN MACPHERSON - CFO

Ewen Macpherson is the firm’s Chief Financial Officer.

Ewen joined Greycoat in 2015 and is responsible for corporate finance and financial management across the group. Ewen is part of the Executive leadership team and his role includes overseeing investor relations, structuring and executing transactions, and securing both development and investment financing for Greycoat’s projects.

Prior to joining Greycoat, Ewen spent seven years leading corporate finance at Telereal, following eleven years in investment banking with Schroders, Citigroup, and Morgan Stanley. During this time, he originated and executed major transactions including the £2.4 billion sale of BT Property, the £477 million take-private of BPT, and the €2.7 billion acquisition of Taittinger and its hotel business, as well as numerous IPOs and over £12 billion of debt financings.

At Greycoat, Ewen has been instrumental in structuring and executing many of the firm’s key transactions, including the financings of Premier Place and Stirling Square, the negotiation of £170 million of structured co-investment from a leading European buyout fund, and the execution of deals such as Premier Place, Vintners Place, and Christchurch Court.

Ewen holds an MA in Medieval History from the University of St Andrews, is ACA qualified, has DELF B1 certification in French, and holds a Private Pilot Licence (Aeroplanes).

KASIA MITCHELL - OPERATIONS FINANCE DIRECTOR

Kasia is responsible for all financial aspects of the business

including statutory reporting, tax compliance, forecasting, and treasury.

Kasia brings over 20 years of experience leading finance, administration, and HR functions for both UK and international real estate firms. Her work includes overseeing the financial management of the recently completed DIALS, Powers Farm, Chelmsford, a major residential site, and providing planning and finance management to secure the acquisition of 20 Finsbury Dials. Kasia also managed tax, accounting, and due diligence for the group restructuring of Elizabeth House, and oversaw approximately GBP2.5 billion worth of projects during her time at HB Reavis.

KEVIN PAYNE - COO

Kevin is Greycoat’s Chief Operating Officer

and is responsible for leading the firm’s operational strategy.

Since joining the business in 2019 and being appointed COO in 2025, Kevin oversees the teams across some of Greycoat’s most significant office projects, including the recently completed DIALS, Premier Place, Procession House, Vintners Place and Stirling Square. He works closely with the wider team to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standard, with a particular focus on team leadership, operational efficiency and construction excellence.

Kevin brings over 20 years of experience in the development industry, with a career spanning senior roles at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Mount Anvil and Berkeley Group. Notably, he led operations on landmark schemes including the 37-storey SOM-designed Lexicon London and the 26-storey mixed-use Eagle Point development by Sir Terry Farrell.

Kevin holds an MSc in Construction Project Management and has specialist interests in team organisation and process management.

NAMAN MASOUD - DIRECTOR - COMMERCIAL & CONSTRUCTION

Naman joined Greycoat in 2019 as a Commercial Director

and is responsible for the design and construction delivery across all asset types, from commercial offices to strategic land. With over 30 years of experience, he provides hands-on expertise at every key stage, ensuring all developments adhere to programme and budget. His focus includes safe site practices and improving the green credentials of all assets.

Notable projects include overseeing the complex construction and tenant fit-out programmes for the recently completed DIALS, the 300,000 sq ft Christchurch Court Office development and the 60-hectare Residential development at Powers Farm, Chelmsford.

Prior to Greycoat, Naman was the Commercial Director for Berkeley Group, overseeing a $2 billion portfolio of Central London Developments. Naman holds a Bsc (Hons) FRICS.

NICK MILLICAN - CEO

Nick Millican is the firm’s Chief Executive Officer

and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s operations and growth. 

Appointed in 2012, he has driven the company’s London office program as well as its European and sector expansion. Under Nick’s leadership, Greycoat has grown from a largely consultancy based business in September 2012 to an AUM of £1.9bn as of 31 December 2024.

Prior to Greycoat, Nick worked in investment banking and private equity real estate for 9 years, latterly as lead of Rockpoint Group’s investment and asset management activities in Europe. 

Nick graduated with a Masters of Chemistry from the University of Oxford.

Semih is the firm's Directeur Général, in France and acts as Group General Counsel.

Semih brings over 15 years of international legal, management, and corporate finance expertise, with a focus on M&A, real estate investment, capital markets, financing, ESG, and governance.

As Directeur Général and partner in France and Group General Counsel, Semih will oversee and contribute to the strategic and operational development of Greycoat in France and across Europe, with responsibilities spanning investment sourcing and execution, asset management, capital raising, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

Previously Head of Legal Affairs, Europe at La Caisse (formerly Ivanhoé Cambridge), Semih oversaw the European real estate portfolio and served on both the Global Legal Executive and European Operating Committees. Earlier in his career, he spent over a decade at tier-one law firms Latham & Watkins and Sullivan & Cromwell, advising on major strategic transactions across Europe.

A graduate of HEC Paris, Paris II University, and the University of London, Semih is fluent in Turkish, French, and English, with strong command of German and Spanish. He was recognised among the French GC Powerlist 2024’s most influential in-house lawyers and as a Rising Star in M&A by Legal 500.

BOURN AIRFIELD

A joint venture between Greycoat Real Estate, Oaktree Capital and Homes England.

Bourn Airfield was acquired in March 2025 following the partnership’s announcement in late 2024. The project will deliver 3,500 new homes, two primary schools, a secondary school, local centres, extensive green spaces, and 40% affordable housing (Planning ref: S/3440/18/OL).

Acting as master developer, the partnership will deliver key infrastructure to accelerate housing delivery, working closely with the local community and stakeholders throughout the process.
Supporting the expansion of the Cambourne to Cambridge bus route, Bourn Airfield will play a pivotal role in reinforcing Cambridge’s position as a global hub for innovation, aligning with the Government’s wider investment in science, technology and research.

This approach has already unlocked significant progress, including a major land sale enabling over 500 new homes, helping to accelerate much-needed housing delivery for Chelmsford’s growing community.
