and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s operations and growth. 

Appointed in 2012, he has driven the company’s London office program as well as its European and sector expansion. Under Nick’s leadership, Greycoat has grown from a largely consultancy based business in September 2012 to an AUM of £1.9bn as of 31 December 2024.

Prior to Greycoat, Nick worked in investment banking and private equity real estate for 9 years, latterly as lead of Rockpoint Group’s investment and asset management activities in Europe. 

Nick graduated with a Masters of Chemistry from the University of Oxford.

Ewen joined Greycoat in 2015 and is responsible for corporate finance and financial management across the group. Ewen is part of the Executive leadership team and his role includes overseeing investor relations, structuring and executing transactions, and securing both development and investment financing for Greycoat’s projects.

Prior to joining Greycoat, Ewen spent seven years leading corporate finance at Telereal, following eleven years in investment banking with Schroders, Citigroup, and Morgan Stanley. During this time, he originated and executed major transactions including the £2.4 billion sale of BT Property, the £477 million take-private of BPT, and the €2.7 billion acquisition of Taittinger and its hotel business, as well as numerous IPOs and over £12 billion of debt financings.

At Greycoat, Ewen has been instrumental in structuring and executing many of the firm’s key transactions, including the financings of Premier Place and Stirling Square, the negotiation of £170 million of structured co-investment from a leading European buyout fund, and the execution of deals such as Premier Place, Vintners Place, and Christchurch Court.

Ewen holds an MA in Medieval History from the University of St Andrews, is ACA qualified, has DELF B1 certification in French, and holds a Private Pilot Licence (Aeroplanes).

Since joining the business in 2019 and being appointed COO in 2025, Kevin oversees the teams across some of Greycoat’s most significant office projects, including the recently completed DIALS, Premier Place, Procession House, Vintners Place and Stirling Square. He works closely with the wider team to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standard, with a particular focus on team leadership, operational efficiency and construction excellence.

Kevin brings over 20 years of experience in the development industry, with a career spanning senior roles at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Mount Anvil and Berkeley Group. Notably, he led operations on landmark schemes including the 37-storey SOM-designed Lexicon London and the 26-storey mixed-use Eagle Point development by Sir Terry Farrell.

Kevin holds an MSc in Construction Project Management and has specialist interests in team organisation and process management.

and is responsible for leading Greycoat’s growth and business activities across France and neighbouring geographies. 

Appointed in 2025, Arnaud brings over 25 years of experience in European real estate investment, development and asset management. Prior to Greycoat, he spent 17 years at CDPQ, where he oversaw the firm’s European real estate investment program and 9 years at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield within its office division. 

Arnaud has been involved in some of Europe’s most notable transactions and developments across office, logistics and alternative residential sectors, including Coer Defense, the DUO towers, Cohabs and PLP.

Arnaud completed DEUG-level studies in Economics at Université Paris X and received formal training in Real Estate Management at EFAB.

Semih brings over 15 years of international legal, management, and corporate finance expertise, with a focus on M&A, real estate investment, capital markets, financing, ESG, and governance.

As Directeur Général and partner in France and Group General Counsel, Semih will oversee and contribute to the strategic and operational development of Greycoat in France and across Europe, with responsibilities spanning investment sourcing and execution, asset management, capital raising, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

Previously Head of Legal Affairs, Europe at La Caisse (formerly Ivanhoé Cambridge), Semih oversaw the European real estate portfolio and served on both the Global Legal Executive and European Operating Committees. Earlier in his career, he spent over a decade at tier-one law firms Latham & Watkins and Sullivan & Cromwell, advising on major strategic transactions across Europe.

A graduate of HEC Paris, Paris II University, and the University of London, Semih is fluent in Turkish, French, and English, with strong command of German and Spanish. He was recognised among the French GC Powerlist 2024’s most influential in-house lawyers and as a Rising Star in M&A by Legal 500.

and oversees all land assembly and planning matters.  

He joined the firm following a senior career at CBRE, where he led the Central London development consultancy and management team as Executive Director, having begun his career with St Quintin. 

Adrian has extensive experience delivering major Central London development projects, including Christchurch Court, 1 Crown Place, and 120 Fenchurch Street. 

Adrian is a Board member of the City Property Association and also a member of the Worshipful Company of Glaziers. Whilst he was Chair of Borough Market Trustees, he co- ordinated a Greycoat initiative  to deliver  fresh produce to major hospitals during the COVID pandemic. 

Adrian holds a degree in General Practice Surveying and is a Fellow of the RICS. 

and is responsible for identifying and delivering industrial investment opportunities across the regions, including Indsustrial and select regional office opportunities. Andy also lends his expertise to support the wider Greycoat team across the wider UK business. 

Appointed in 2025, Andy brings over 40 years of commercial real estate experience. After beginning his career in commercial property advisory, he became an early-stage partner at CEG, where he spent 35 years. 

During his time at CEG, Andy specialised in value-add, regional business space investments, working in partnership with both institutional and private investors.

Andy holds a degree in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge.

Barthélemy is part of the firm’s expanding European acquisitions team, bringing extensive experience across European acquisitions and asset management.

Prior to joining Greycoat, Barthélemy held roles at Klépierre in both investment and asset management capacities. During this time, he was involved in the execution of over €400m of transactions across multiple European markets, with a focus on financial analysis, structuring and joint venture investments across mixed-use assets.

Barthélemy holds a Master in Management from EDHEC Business School, completed as part of a triple-degree programme with UC Berkeley and SKK Seoul, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Sorbonne University.

and is responsible for overseeing the implementation and delivery of the schemes with the Strategic Land portfolio.

Chris joined Greycoat in July 2025 and has been appointed to deliver the Bourn Airfield development in Cambridge (total scheme value of £215m), as well as assist in the delivery of the Powers Farm development, which forms part of Chelmsford Garden Community.

Prior to Greycoat, Chris worked for Countryside Properties (now Vistry) within the Strategic Land team, where he managed the delivery of key strategic infrastructure on the Greater Beaulieu development in the form of construction of; 8km of strategic highway, a 161m curved spanned bridge over the A12 trunk road and East Coast Mainline, highway improvement works to National Highways highway network and a new community  healthcare centre.

Chris has over 19 year’s experience of delivering infrastructure from early conceptual designs, through to site implementation and adoption. Chris has a Foundation Degree in Civil Engineering.

With over 25 years of experience in real estate, he is responsible for The Lime Street Estate, where he has achieved over 20 new lease transactions and restructured existing leases to facilitate future redevelopment. His work also includes the mobilisation of Premier Place, Procession House, and the Sancroft Building.

Chris previously worked at CIT Group Partners as a Managing Director, overseeing their UK and European portfolios of office, retail, and alternative assets.

Chris is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

His primary role is to ensure Greycoat designs and delivers best-in-class assets by collaborating closely with professional teams and the brokerage community. Dan’s work aims to create value for partners by successfully attracting diverse occupiers.

Notable achievements include the pre-leasing of approximately 300k sq ft at Sancroft, Paternoster Square and the design and leasing of Stirling Square, SW1. Dan is currently spearheading the leasing campaign at DIALS, Greycoat’s recently completed 140,000 sq ft office refurbishment at 20 Finsbury Dials. Prior to this, Dan spent two years at Hammerson focusing on the leasing and asset management of large central London assets, and started his career at CBRE in the City Office Agency and Central London Development teams.

Dan holds an MSc in Land Management from the University of Reading.

Before joining Greycoat, he was part of Gerald Eve Newmark’s Capital Markets team, advising on investment and development projects within the Living sectors, and gained experience in office agency, lease consultancy, and valuation with a focus on central London.

David holds a degree in Politics and Philosophy from Durham University and a master’s in Real Estate from Oxford Brookes. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2022.

where he is responsible for the project management and commercial delivery of strategic land. Bringing over 25 years of experience in development and housebuilding, David has a strong track record of structuring, managing, and delivering complex, large-scale projects from acquisition to completion.

Previously, David was Technical Director for Strategic Land at Countryside Properties and Project Director for the flagship Beaulieu Garden Village in Chelmsford, overseeing the delivery of major infrastructure for 3,500 homes. David is a Chartered Incorporated Engineer and an Associate Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers.

Her primary focus is on securing both development and investment loans and managing the firm’s relationships with debt providers and investors.

Erika is also responsible for executing the corporate aspects of transactions, including completing accounts and corporate onboarding for deals like Lime Street, Suffolk Street, and Stirling Square. Her notable work includes securing financing for major projects such as Premier Place and Stirling Square, and managing debt compliance across the portfolio.

Erika provides transactional financial management during the acquisition and disposal phases of Greycoat investments.

He works across project delivery with a focus on cost and project management for both commercial and strategic land assets, spanning planning, technical design, and construction.

Before joining Greycoat, Henry gained experience at Core Five and Grainger PLC after graduating from the University of Reading. His notable projects include Powers Farm in Chelmsford, Greycoat’s largest strategic land project; Suffolk St James’s, 18,000 sq ft of high-end EPC A office space; and refurbishment and asset management works at Vintners Place, Lime Street, and Stirling Square.

He is a key player in the firm’s growth, demonstrated by his work on significant projects like the acquisitions of Christchurch Court, EC4; the Lime Street Estate, EC3; and Stirling Square, SW1.

As a fluent French speaker and citizen, John-Henry also spearheads Greycoat’s European development. Before joining Greycoat in 2015, he spent two years in the City Investment team at Cushman & Wakefield, starting his career in Capital Markets at Catella.

John-Henry holds a degree in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University.

Jon oversees the delivery of the firm’s major schemes. His current work includes the Chelmsford Garden Village, a project of up to 6,000 new homes and on-site infrastructure, and exploring new opportunities with Greycoat’s capital partners.

Prior to Greycoat, Jon established the development business for CEG, where his team provided the housebuilding industry with over 20,000 homes. He also worked with AIG to establish its UK real estate platform. Throughout his career, Jon has delivered serviced land to major UK housebuilders and been involved in significant projects like Kirkstall Forge in Leeds and Leeds Southbank. Jon has worked with all of the UK PLC housebuilders at main board level.

including statutory reporting, tax compliance, forecasting, and treasury.

Kasia brings over 20 years of experience leading finance, administration, and HR functions for both UK and international real estate firms. Her work includes overseeing the financial management of the recently completed DIALS, Powers Farm, Chelmsford, a major residential site, and providing planning and finance management to secure the acquisition of 20 Finsbury Dials. Kasia also managed tax, accounting, and due diligence for the group restructuring of Elizabeth House, and oversaw approximately GBP2.5 billion worth of projects during her time at HB Reavis.

She runs financial models for potential acquisitions, provides analysis to support existing investments, and assists with due diligence across the firm’s portfolio.

Before joining Greycoat, Kate was an Analyst at Bywater, a real estate developer, where she analysed development opportunities across both the workspace and living sectors.

Kate holds a BA in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge and is RICS accredited.

Katherine manages and delivers projects across the firm’s asset portfolio.

Before joining Greycoat, Katherine worked at Goldman Sachs Real Estate Development, where she successfully delivered major projects across EMEA. She previously gained experience within Mace’s Corporate Real Estate team, supporting clients in the banking and retail sectors.

Katherine holds a degree in Business Management from Newcastle University and is a Chartered Construction Manager with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).

Lisa joined Greycoat’s finance team in July 2024 and works closely with the Financial Controller, focusing on financial operations for Tower 42. She manages invoicing, payments, and financial administration across rent, service charges, utilities, and insurance.

Before joining Greycoat, Lisa built extensive experience in financial administration and management, supporting commercial and corporate teams across invoicing, payment processing, and month-end reporting. Her background has equipped her with strong analytical and organisational skills, which she applies to ensure the smooth running of the firm’s financial operations.

and is responsible for the design and construction delivery across all asset types, from commercial offices to strategic land. With over 30 years of experience, he provides hands-on expertise at every key stage, ensuring all developments adhere to programme and budget. His focus includes safe site practices and improving the green credentials of all assets.

Notable projects include overseeing the complex construction and tenant fit-out programmes for the recently completed DIALS, the 300,000 sq ft Christchurch Court Office development and the 60-hectare Residential development at Powers Farm, Chelmsford.

Prior to Greycoat, Naman was the Commercial Director for Berkeley Group, overseeing a $2 billion portfolio of Central London Developments. Naman holds a Bsc (Hons) FRICS. 

to Ewen MacPherson, John Henry- Forde, Arnaud Malbos, Semih Bayar Eren, as well as supporting teams across the wider business. She plays a role in coordinating executive activities, managing schedules, and administrative processes to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

As Greycoat continues to expand its presence in France, Naomi works closely with the French team, supporting collaboration across international teams and helping to facilitate effective communication and coordination.

Prior to joining Greycoat Real Estate, Naomi worked at Savills, where she held operational and front-of-house role. During her time there, she supported the management of one of Greycoat’s buildings, helping to ensure its efficient operation while delivering a high standard of occupier and client service.

where he leads on the delivery and promotion of major development projects that create sustainable new communities and long-term growth. He plays a key role in the Chelmsford Garden Community and Bourn Airfield projects, while also identifying and advancing new strategic opportunities.

Olly brings extensive expertise in land promotion and project delivery with over 20 years’ experience in planning and development across the property and energy sectors with roles spanning local government, consultancy, and project development.  Before joining Greycoat in 2025, he spent nine years at Ptarmigan Land, where he led large-scale residential and mixed-use schemes across the South East, coordinating promotion through each stage of the a projects life cycle and engaging with landowners, local authorities, and community stakeholders to bring forward complex developments from inception to completion.

Olly holds a BA (Hons) Planning Studies; Postgraduate Diploma in Town Planning; MRTPI (Chartered), Sheffield Hallam University.

and is responsible for financial management and reporting on asset management mandates. Her role covers property financial management and reporting across Greycoat’s portfolio, including client communications, managing tenant relations, and supervising rent collection and service charge management.

Rebecca also oversees Greycoat’s internal financial management and reporting. Notable projects include managing the financial complexity and high leasing activity of Tower 42, and overseeing the reporting for the Lime Street Estate, a multi-tenanted office building with an atypical lease structure. Prior to joining Greycoat, Rebecca spent six years at Asset Solutions Group Ltd.

and is responsible for leading transaction execution, driving the underwriting of new investments and contributing to strategy development across the firm’s real assets investment programme. 

Before joining Greycoat, Stephen worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at XMS Capital Partners in Chicago and as a Structured Finance Analyst in the Technology, Media, and Communications team at Greensill Capital. He holds a first-class honours degree in Management and Finance from the University of Manchester.

Susannah provides diary management and administrative support to the Operations team and the wider business.

She brings over five years of experience in high-profile executive support, having worked closely with CEOs and senior leaders and ensured the smooth running of diaries and event organising. 

Susannah’s organisational expertise and commitment to excellence help ensure the smooth running of operations while supporting the team.

Susannah holds a degree in English Literature from the University of Exeter.

Tharani joined Greycoat in 2025 and works directly alongside the CFO. Tharani plays a key role in shaping the firm’s capital strategy to support long-term growth. She is actively involved in transaction structuring and execution, investor relations, and tax optimisation, with responsibilities that extend across the investment lifecycle.

Prior to joining Greycoat, Tharani spent five years at PWC, specialising in real estate and international tax advisory. During this time, Tharani qualified as an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA).

Tharani graduated with a First Class Honours in Economics and Management from the University of Bristol.

Tiago joined Greycoat’s Acquisitions team in July 2024. Tiago is a skilled financial Analyst with a strong background in real estate and corporate finance, focusing on complex financial modelling, due diligence and transaction support. 

Before Greycoat, Tiago worked as an Analyst on the Corporate Finance Team at Savills Capital Advisors, where he developed models and prepared investment materials for large portfolios across the UK and Europe. His experience also includes roles at Finangeste SA in Portugal, where he gained initial experience in deal execution.

Tiago holds an MSc in Real Estate from the University College of Estate Management and a BSc in Management from the University of Bath.

Victoria provides executive support for Nick Millican, Ewen MacPherson, Arnaud Malbos, Semih Bayar Eren and Andrew Gartshore. She is also an Assistant Accountant, managing invoicing, payments, and financial administration across rent, service charges, utilities, and insurance.

She joined Greycoat in 2019 as a Team Assistant and has since progressed to her current role, where she also oversees Human Resources.

With over ten years of experience in customer service and administration, including her previous role as Head Receptionist and Administrator at David Lloyd Clubs, Victoria brings strong organisational and people management skills to the firm.

Victoria is Level 2 AAT qualified and has completed courses in First Aid, Mental Health, and Microsoft applications, serving as Greycoat’s Mental Health Officer.

She is integral to the delivery of the strategic land projects, leading on the planning, stewardship and community interface. 

Prior to Greycoat, Viktoria spent 15 years in strategic land, working for companies like London Strategic Land and Lands Improvement Holdings to deliver large-scale, complex planning permissions and major infrastructure for mixed-use schemes across the country. 

Viktoria has has held positions as an Independent Member of the London Legacy Development Corporations Planning Committee and a Member of the Cambridge Ahead Growth Group.
