David Fairbairn
Asset Manager
David joined Greycoat in 2024 and is part of the Asset Management Team.
Prior to Greycoat, David worked in Gerald Eve Newmark’s Capital Markets team, advising on national investment and development projects within the Living sectors. He also gained experience in Office agency, lease consultancy and valuation, with a focus on central London. After studying Politics and Philosophy at Durham University, David completed a master’s degree in Real Estate at Oxford Brookes, and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2022.
Notable projects:
- Conducting multiple rent reviews and lease renewals within UCL’s Bloomsbury Campus.
- Disposing of a mixed-use mansion block on Edgware Road.
- Providing development and investment advice on Greenwich Peninsula’s regeneration.
