Kevin Payne

Kevin joined Greycoat in 2019 and was appointed Managing Director in 2021. With over 20 years experience in the development industry, Kevin’s expertise lies in Construction and Operations with a proven track record of leading strong teams and delivering successful complex projects. Previously, Kevin held Executive / Senior level roles at Unibail Rodamco Westfield, Mount Anvil and Berkeley Group where he honed his expertise in the management of large-scale construction and developments across a number of complex projects. Kevin holds an MSC in Construction Project Management and has specialist interests in Team Organisation and Process Management.

Notable projects:

• Royal Arsenal and Kidbrooke Village – Berkeley Group
  As Regional Construction Lead, Kevin was responsible for the delivery of Infrastructure and homes across some of London’s biggest regeneration projects.

• The Lexicon London and Eagle Point – Mount Anvil
  As Director responsible for some of Mount Anvil’s most ambitious projects, Kevin headed up the operations at Lexicon London, a 37 Storey Luxury SOM Designed luxury residential scheme, and Eagle Point, a 26 Storey Art deco mixed use development designed by Sir Terry Farrell.

• Premier Place, Procession House & other office projects – Greycoat
  On joining Greycoat, Kevin initially held responsibility for Greycoat’s construction operations including Premier Place, Procession House, Vintners Place and Stirling Square. Kevin and his team delivered these projects, successfully managing numerous delivery teams to ensure that these projects were delivered.
